Okay so a little deviation from my strict butter croissant rule. This one from Boulangerie Michalak has flakes of salt! I didn’t plan on talking about it, so I just took it home and started eating it - but wow! It needed to be shared.
I enjoyed this on on the window seat of my Parisian AirBnb, with a little coffee in the morning sunshine.
